I think a common mistake is Nasus players thinking their stacks are worth more than gold/experience. I honestly feel, in a vacuum that does not involve junglers, there is no champion that I cannot at least farm and not feed. Once you start the long road of learning you will figure out cheesy rune and summoner spell combinations to survive any lane, and if you can successfully survive early, you will be able to put up a fight later because that's just what Nasus does. They don't do enough damage early game to punish my pick and once I have my ult/sheen I can run them down over and over. You just know how to play Nasus and learn lane matchups.
